By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

3. Orders and Payments

When placing an order through the Platform:

• You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including taxes, service fees, and delivery charges where applicable.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• Orders are transmitted to the restaurant once payment authorization is confirmed.

The restaurant is responsible for accepting, preparing, and fulfilling the order.

4. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants available through the Platform operate independently. The restaurant is responsible for:

• Menu accuracy
• Food preparation
• Food safety and sanitation
• Ingredient and allergen disclosures
• Order accuracy
• Timely preparation of orders

The Platform does not control the preparation of food and is not responsible for food quality, ingredients, allergens, or restaurant operations.

5. Menu and Pricing Accuracy

Menu descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided by the restaurant and may change without notice. While we strive to display accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of menu content, pricing, or item availability.

Restaurants are responsible for maintaining accurate menus and pricing on the Platform.

6. Delivery Services

Delivery may be provided by restaurants directly or through third-party delivery providers.

When third-party delivery services are used, certain information may be shared with the delivery provider in order to complete delivery, including customer name, phone number, delivery address, and order details.

Delivery providers operate independently and are responsible for delivery timing, driver conduct, and delivery completion.

7. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Once an order has been transmitted to the restaurant, it may not be canceled or modified unless the restaurant agrees.

Refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued at the discretion of the restaurant or the Platform depending on the circumstances of the issue.

8. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated for an order that has already been fulfilled, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform and recover associated costs where permitted by law.

9. Communications

By placing an order or providing contact information through the Platform, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your order, including email messages, phone calls, or SMS notifications.

These communications may include order confirmations, order updates, delivery notifications, and customer service messages.

10. Restaurant Data Responsibility

Restaurants using the Platform may receive customer information necessary to fulfill orders, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and order details.

Restaurants are responsible for their own use, storage, and protection of customer data once it has been transmitted to them. The Platform is not responsible for how restaurants use customer information after it has been provided for order fulfillment.

11. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Place fraudulent or unauthorized orders
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use automated systems or bots to place orders
• Scrape or collect data from the Platform without permission

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

12. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from interruptions or technical errors.

Maintenance, system updates, or external issues may temporarily affect service availability.

13. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share customer information.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and functionality, is the property of the Platform or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Food quality or safety issues
• Allergic reactions or dietary concerns
• Incorrect menu descriptions
• Restaurant service errors
• Delivery delays or delivery driver conduct
• Losses resulting from the use of the Platform

Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order involved.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity conducted through your account

17. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, platform policies, or operational procedures at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
