Your Branded Online/Mobile Menu
We pull the data from your POS then edit it to match your printed menu. Your online menu will have the same look and feel the rest of your website. Our food ordering system also allows you to include pictures for all menu items.

Modifiers
Customers can choose which toppings to include (up to 70 per item) or remove so they always get exactly what they want.

Geo-coded Delivery
Geo-coded delivery mapping allows you to distinctly determine where your delivery boundaries are. The system automatically matches customers to the right location. Customers who are not within a delivery area can choose “take out” from any location.

Discounts, Combos, Special Offers & Packages
Discounts: Choose either a percentage or dollar amount off the entire order. Can be coded. Can require a min amount purchased before eligible. Can be restricted by days and times. These items appear in the checkout screen only. Packages: Are individual boxes that stand out to promote your specials! You can require code before customers can view them. Restrict them by time of day or days of the week. Restrict for delivery or take out only. Set min purchase amount. Can be set to allow only one of the same packages to be added to your cart. Special Offers: Example; Buy One Get One offers. Combos: Single menu item that groups several menu items together for quicker ordering.

Customers order an average of 30% more online than over the phone or at the counter since the customer feels more comfortable taking their time exploring the menu and building their order. Online Orders Now presents your entire menu to the customer including modifiers. Customers can easily find what they want and order it just the way they like it.

First Time customers sent right to your email
Restaurants can receive an email for each new customer who places an order.

Auto Close Holiday Schedule
Let us know the days of the year you will close and we will pre set them so online ordering will be off on those days to prevent orders. You enter this info yourself in our Admin and can customize the message to your customers.

Marketing information
We collect all customer info that they provide. (Name, Address and Zip are required) so you can take full advantage of your marketing efforts. You can access all this info in the Admin or just request this information by emailing CS@onlineordersnow.com and we will email it in Excel format. If your menu is integrated, Customer data is also pushed to your POS with every order.

Cell Phone # opt in
Every customer has the opportunity to “opt-in” their cell phone # so you can txt market to them with your marketing service provider.

No Failed Orders due to internet
This feature of our restaurant ordering software allows the restaurant to have online orders go to fax/email/text notification so you never miss an order if your internet or POS goes down.

Text Order Notification
Receive a text order notification for orders that may have failed due to internet or POS failure. A copy is sent to your email.

Tips Allowed
This feature allows customers to tip on the menu. We automatically will default tip to 15% which is very helpful when customers are paying with credit cards. The customer does have the option to change this to any amount before placing an order.

Advanced Ordering
Your customer’s can place an order now for pick up or delivery later. This system prevents the kitchen from making orders by mistake, ensures accounting accuracy and 24/7 online ordering. Customers desired order time must be during normal business hours.

Pay Later
This feature allows a restaurant to place a limit on the amount a single order can be place when customers want to Pay “Later” and use Cash or CC at the restaurant or with a delivery. If a customer goes over the set dollar amount limit, they will only be able to pay with Credit Card. You can restrict this feature to “Pick up” only.

Coupons & Discounts Security
We include Coupon security by default in our mobile food ordering system. No Double discount! This means a coupon may not be used with other coupons and or discounts, unless you request otherwise.

On/ Off
Simply log in to your Admin and turn on / off the online ordering at ANY time.

External Delivery Service Email / Fax notification
We will email a copy of the delivery order you received to any delivery services you may use.

Custom Website & Mobile web apps

Franchise Website/Mobile Web app
This option is for franchisee restaurants who are not allowed to create their own Website/Mobile Web app. This allows you as the franchisee to have a landing page & Mobile Web app before a customer starts the online ordering process so they can access information about your restaurant. ie; Phone#, Image of your restaurant, Google map, ect… (Available for additional cost)

Catering Menu
Branded same as your online ordering menu. Separate link on your website for easy access. Allows for a new set of rules ie: Set advanced order time, Receive orders 24 hours a day, delivery area, delivery fee etc…
