Auto Close Holiday Schedule
Let us know the days of the year you will close and we will pre set them so online ordering will be off on those days to prevent orders. You enter this info yourself in our Admin and can customize the message to your customers.
We collect all customer info that they provide. (Name, Address and Zip are required) so you can take full advantage of your marketing efforts. You can access all this info in the Admin or just request this information by emailing CS@onlineordersnow.com and we will email it in Excel format. If your menu is integrated, Customer data is also pushed to your POS with every order.
Cell Phone # opt in
Every customer has the opportunity to “opt-in” their cell phone # so you can txt market to them with your marketing service provider.
No Failed Orders due to internet
This allows the restaurant to have online orders go to fax / email/ and text notification so you never miss an order if your internet or POS goes down.
Text Order Notification
Receive a text order notification for orders that may have failed due to internet or POS failure. A copy is sent to your email.
This feature allows customers to tip on the menu. We automatically will default tip to 15% which is very helpful when customers are paying with credit cards. The customer does have the option to change this to any amount before placing an order.
Your customer’s can place an order now for pick up or delivery later. This system prevents the kitchen from making orders by mistake, ensures accounting accuracy and 24/7 online ordering. Customers desired order time must be during normal business hours.
This feature allows a restaurant to place a limit on the amount a single order can be place when customers want to Pay “Later” and use Cash or CC at the restaurant or with a delivery. If a customer goes over the set dollar amount limit, they will only be able to pay with Credit Card. You can restrict this feature to “Pick up” only.
Coupons & Discounts Security
We include Coupon security by default. No Double discount! This means a coupon may not be used with other coupons and or discounts, unless you request otherwise.
Simply log in to your Admin and turn on / off the online ordering at ANY time.
External Delivery Service Email / Fax notification
We will email a copy of the delivery order you received to any delivery services you may use.
